I’m A Self-Taught Baker which tends to make Cake Popsicles From Leftover Cake Scraps

Hello! i’m Raymond usually known as Ray Ray and I also’m a self-taught baker from Melbourne.

About three-years ago, whilst doing my Master Degree in Accounting, that has beenn’t of my interest, we started baking as a modest pastime. That 12 months, we easily announced that i’ll be bringing sweets to every family and friends celebration i am asked to and I baked my first cake.

i am probably most commonly known for unique cake styles and cake pops or when I call all of them ‘cake-popsicles’. The thought of it originated from making use of leftover cake scraps from my offcuts and failed efforts at bad recipes. We find the normal round dessert pop shape was only a little dated and determined that the little popsicle shape will give me personally a somewhat bigger canvas to relax and play with.

The cake comes in multiple flavours from classic butter pound to black colored sesame, spinach and most recently white lotus and salted egg yolks.

a few of my favourite designs are motivated by structure, mythical animals, components of nature, cartoon characters and sometimes from my travel.

Apart from accepting occasional restricted order, in past times 12 months, We have travelled to cities like Paris, Singapore, Taipei, Bangkok Jakarta and Seoul for demonstrations, workshops, and collaborative work.
